Customer Service Advisor
12 months Fixed-Term Contract / £22,500 per annum / West Malling, Hybrid
 
My client, a UK wide leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their rapidly growing customer services team on a 12 months fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will either be looking to get a year’s office experience under their belt, or simply have previous office experience looking for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Provide helpdesk support to customers by email and telephone
Ensuring customer queries are actioned in appropriate time keeping up with the teams SLA’s
To work towards providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
Inputting data onto the internal database
General administration dutiesEssential Skillset

Some exposure to an office-based role is desirable
Previous experience in a customer service or admin role is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work to tight deadlines
‘can-do’ attitude

West Malling, Kent – 2 days in the office, 3 days at home
25 days holiday + bank holidays
