Our client a School in Raynes Park require an IT Technician for 6 weeks initially. This is an IT Technician role providing 1st/2nd line support.

An in-depth understanding of the software and equipment employees are using.
● An ability to assess each customer/employee's IT knowledge levels.
● Broad software knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace etc.).
● Supporting users on a technical basis in the use of Windows based networks.
● Within a technical support environment, preferably in a school.
● Installing, configuring, maintaining, & repairing computer hardware & software.
● With tablet and mobile devices.
● Familiarity with Android, Apple and Microsoft technologies.
● Communicating effectively with adults & children
