Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
An award-winning Accountancy firm requires a Facilities Assistant to join their front of house and Facilities team ASAP on a temp on going basis for 3 months.
Role and responsibilities
Managing the meeting room calendar
Setting up meeting rooms-rearranging furniture/IT equipment
Dealing and liaising with the hospitality staff
Ensuring the cleanliness of certain areas
Liaising with the mail-room and receive and/or pick up mail and packages and boxes of varying in size
Working closely with Front of houseThe ideal candidate
Previous experience in facilities/meeting room management essential
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to carry out physical duties.
Must be comfortable with manual labour- lifting/moving chairs, tables/boxes
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
