Are you passionate about food innovation? We're looking for an NPD Manager to lead a dynamic innovation team and drive the development of exciting new products. You’ll play a key role in enhancing existing products, ensuring quality, and meeting customer demands across various categories like meats, ready meals, bakery, and more.

What You'll Do:

* Lead and manage the NPD team to develop and improve products.

* Ensure all products meet legal, quality, and packaging standards.

* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Trading teams to launch successful products.

* Oversee product testing, modification, and standardization processes.

What We’re Looking For:

* 8+ years in NPD or innovation within FMCG, with strong commercial awareness.

* A diploma in a food-related discipline and expertise across a range of product categories like meats, dairy, and bakery.

* Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.

* A passion for food and the drive to bring innovative ideas to life.

Salary: £50-60k
