Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: £45,000 per annum 

Orion is partnered with a well-established business located in Nottingham. We are recruiting for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate needs to be multi skilled but electrically biased and have experience managing teams of Engineers in a fast-paced working environment.

The focus of this Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain waste management machinery in a heavy industrial plant.  

Maintenance Supervisor Duties:

Managing a team of Maintenance Engineers

Working jointly alongside the Engineering Manager

Managing workflow and capacity of the team resource

Maintenance of waste management machinery & equipment.

Fault finding using PLC’s – HMI interface.

Work well within a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing and production environment.

Reactive & PPM maintenance

Maintenance Supervisor Experience:

Team management

Leadership within a fast-paced environment

Motivating & team building

Electrical qualifications

Great communication skills

PLC’s like Siemens & Mitsubishi

Plant machinery maintenance

Waste management experience would be ideal

Heavy industrial or fast-paced manufacturing experience.

Maintenance Supervisor Benefits:

Competitive salary £45,000

28 days holiday entitlement inclusive of bank holidays

Shifts: Monday – Friday 7am – 16:30pm
