Key Responsibilities:

Daily Production Meetings: Lead and manage daily production meetings to ensure smooth operations and address any immediate concerns.
Team Management: Train, develop, and manage all operators and team leaders, including hiring new talent and handling disciplinary actions as needed.
KPIs: Set and manage key performance indicators to drive productivity and achieve operational goals.
Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed, promoting a safe working environment.
Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues, minimizing disruptions.
Downtime Reduction: Collaborate with the maintenance team to reduce downtime and enhance overall equipment efficiency.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a production management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to set and manage KPIs effectively
Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement
