We require hard working individuals to deal with RTA personal injury cases on the OIC and MOJ portals.

We require experienced candidates who will be familiar with uploading cases to both the MOJ and or the OIC portals. Experienced in arranged treatment and medical appointments. Submitting heads of claim together with supporting documentation. You should be familiar with liability arguments, together with the various stages of the portal together with exit points. You should aloo be familiar with the valuation of medical evidence, and be able to explain a conditional fee agreement in detail. In addition, you will deal with all aspects of claims handling and be able to deal with all of the client's general queries.

You will be part of a hardworking teams providing first class service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the Proclaim case management system.

You must have good keyboard skills and the ability to show empathy and patience whilst speaking clients
