We are working with a market leading engineering company with a turnover of circa £700m and a strong international presence delivering flagship schemes across sectors who are looking for a specialist BMS project manager to work on a notable £60m M&E mixed use commercial scheme in Central London.

Reporting to a project lead you will join from pre-construction phase tasked with having a technical and engineering overview of the sizable package managing the specialist BMS subcontractors across the sizable package to completion in 2027.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the BMS package including design development and engineering, delivery & installation, testing, commissioning & startup, for a large value complex commercial scheme.
• Manage all aspects of the package such as quality, progress & programme and commercial.
• Review all equipment technical submittals and ensure these meet the requirements of the BMS design.

Experience Required:
• Hold excellent technical knowledge of BMS systems and products.
• Have a sound understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Have previous experience in BMS testing and commissioning to level 5.
