PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in Slough. This will be working with a specialist civil engineering business working within the water sector.

Due to securing work and the expenditure of the team, they are looking to bring in an experienced Site Manager with a vast amount of experience in civil engineering and water. This will include clean and foul water. Typical values can range from £100,000 to £15M.

Responsibilities:

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project/package, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising.
Liaising with the client, other professionals.
Coordinating and supervising workers on site
Making safety inspections and ensuring site safety
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings when needed.
Maintaining quality control procedures
Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up
Assessing and minimising risk
Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences.

Site Manager requirements:

Site Management experience on Civil engineering and water project.
Preferred experience with clean and foul water systems
Understanding working within the water sector
Well organised and self motivated
Full UK drivers license
