Logistics Coordinator
Location: Hertford (Office-based)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Logistics Coordinator – Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage supply chains to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Communicate with customers and suppliers throughout the shipping process
Process export documentation for international deliveries
Coordinate UK and overseas shipments, including documentation and invoicing
Manage returns and credits with both customers and suppliers
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all logistics data is up to date
Identify and resolve logistical issues in line with ISO9001 quality standards
Oversee stock management including booking goods in and minimising aged stock
Ensure shipping and order documentation is accurate and complete
Monitor delivery deadlines and support the service team with stock preparation
Logistics Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:

2+ years’ experience in a logistics or operations role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data/CRM systems
Proactive and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
Detail-focused with a hands-on, can-do approach
Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
