Are you an experienced holiday park admin, holiday revenue or similar? We have a fabulous opportunity to join the enthusiastic and professional team at our head office in Carnforth.  We are looking to recruit a hands-on booking consultant with a can do attitude to deliver our clients both internal and external an excellent quality service whilst assisting the business to achieve overall profitability in their department.   
 
Main duties and responsibilities:

Taking enquiries from marketing platforms and telephone
Turning enquiries into bookings
Delivering with great customer service
Working closely with the Managers to ensure that revenue targets are met.
Handle guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner   Key Skills and Experience

Experience in a similar role or travel agency role
Will be passionate about delivering good customer experiences
Will have an excellent eye for detail
Be very hands on
