The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our client’s dynamic kitchen team. You will take responsibility for preparing and cooking dishes across various kitchen sections, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation. This role supports the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining kitchen operations and evolving the menu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes aligned with a fresh, seasonal restaurant menu and casual bar dining options.
• Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, maintaining high standards and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to create and refine menu items.
• Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards in all kitchen areas.
• Monitor stock and assist in ordering supplies.
• Support and guide junior staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fresh food environment.
• Strong cooking knowledge and passion for quality.
• Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Relevant culinary qualifications and food hygiene certification.
