I am currently recruiting for a London based Insurance firm who require a Process & Change Manager with expertise in Process Analysis and Design, Process Management, Process Implementation, Change Management, Business Solution Design, Process Transition, Business Transformation and Business Analysis.
Key Requirements:
Process & Change Management expertise
Process Mapping (Building and Designing processes) with experience of creating visual presentations through use of tools such as Visio
Previous experience working on an international / global scale (different time zones / regions etc)
Experience of measuring key indicators
Ability to understand the impact of the release of system / software implementation and adoption (working closely with users)
Building and preparing manuals / training frameworks and workshops for users
The ability to support users to ensure change adoption
As-is, To-be and Gap Analysis
Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills
Ability to prepare and create new Change Management processes
Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management skills
Nice to have:
Previous Insurance Industry experience
Previous Technology Transformation experience
ITIL / Lean Six Sigma / Prosci / Change Management certification
