Oversee and manage the entire commercial lifecycle of projects.
Provide commercial control over the assigned business unit or section.
Prepare, present, and action monthly cost reviews.
Lead the commercial team, fostering ongoing improvement and technical growth.
Identify and manage business unit risks, including regular project risk reviews.
Ensure timely, accurate CCS reporting.
Challenge assumptions to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Maximise commercial benefits when closing out projects.
Collaborate with project managers and the commercial team to maintain strong client relations throughout the project.
Develop and oversee project measurement and reporting.
Continuously improve business processes and practices.
Ensure projects are value-driven, on-time, and within budget.
Promote commercial discipline and improvement across the business.
Mentor and support the career development of the commercial team in your area.Experience/Qualifications:

Over 5 years experience in a commercial role with construction contractors.
Qualified in Quantity Surveying and ideally chartered or working towards same.
Experience working with electrical and mechanical scopes of work, as well as general construction.
Experience in a client-facing role with strong stakeholder management skills
