Interim Quality Manager – Derbyshire

£350 - £400 per day / Ltd Company (Outside IR35)

3 months’ minimum contract (Realistic chance of extension)

This business is a specialist manufacturer working in the food, beverage, chemical and health and beauty markets. They work with an array of high calibre clients. As well as working with globally recognised companies this client has been steadily increasing in turnover and profit every year. They are now looking to hire a Quality Manager for an immediate start.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for the following:

Management of the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015
Internal compliance and quality auditing
Producing management reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
Day to day operational management of the quality team
Development and review of the business and ongoing projects.
Review of the production processes and procedures
Verification of the current SOP’s and looking for areas of improvement.
Working with clients on quality and compliance audits.
Non-conformance tracking and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
The Quality Manager must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:

Experienced Quality Manager
Previous roles managing the Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015
Experience in a related industry including food, brewing, pharmaceutical, O&G, chemical, Aerospace and petrochemical.
Can communicate well with managers and workers on the shop floor
Hard working, punctual and reliable
