Job Title: Junior Equity Trader

Location: London (Hiring multiple candidates)

Base Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 D.O.E

Hours of Work: Full Time / Hybrid

We are hiring multiple candidates for a Junior Equity Trader, both entering the market with a financial background or heavily experienced in the Stock Markets, Crypto Currencies, and or, Foreign Exchange contracts. Based in Central London, with offices by Tower Bridge, Harrow, and Chancery Lane, you can choose how you work and what works best for you, be it office, remote, or hybrid.

As a Junior Equity Trader, you will be responsible for researching, pricing, and trading various financial instruments, including stocks, futures options, cryptocurrencies, and foreign exchange contracts. You will be required to monitor market trends and execute trades, manage portfolios, and work closely with the senior trading staff to develop profitable trading strategies.

We help manage our team to trade the financial markets successfully by researching, pricing and trading financial instruments such as stocks, futures options, crypto currencies and foreign exchange contracts. We are passionate about the financial markets and have experience developing trading strategies and managing portfolios. Traders wanting to join our company all of which go through our probationary period of showing us if they can manage our accounts, this is compulsory once proven competent we send over the contractual agreement for full time employment thus being a part of our fund.

What We Offer

Monthly pay + commission on all your trades over quota (criteria) rates. Over quota any trades after which you get 100% on all trades past quota as a bonus).

The ability to grow your salary from £35,000 - £60,000+ a year even more based on your individual performance.
We are not a prop firm | Our risk management are very similar; we mitigate our risk as much as possible.
5-7% per week accumulation on account to keep up with quota.
Education on fundamentals Risk management Psychology

You will be given a 4-week training after which a contract and managed funds from our capital to trade guaranteed upon employment.

If you are not able to fulfil the time frame, we keep you onboard till you are deemed competent.

Any losses incurred while managing our funds will not be deemed liable as the company will compensate for this.

Total Cost of Paid training course: £5588.88, Initial fee is below.

2 options: 3monthly instalments of £1,862.66 or a 10-month instalment of £588.88 deducted from your salary.

Payment plans are optional which can carry on over through training to employment based on your financial circumstance.

Applied Risk Management 5% a Day (10% Overall) at the beginning to manage risk. Starting quota minimum 5-7%+ PER WEEK!

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Stock Market, Trading, and Technical Analysis
Experience creating profitable trading strategies
Ability to perform Technical Analysis and use technical chart reading as a tool for making trades
Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Experience in trading, especially in stocks and options, is a plus
