About the Role:
This is a hands-on position tailored for someone with experience in grinding operations. We believe in nurturing talent and are open to providing training for the right candidate. If you possess the core skills and a fantastic attitude, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Set and operate machines, including Jones & Shipman and Fermat CNC Grinder
Perform precision grinding of outside diameters, bores, and surfaces
Follow route cards and verbal instructions with precision
Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance output quality What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in CNC/manual grinding operations
Familiarity with multi-change set-ups and tight tolerances
A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Eagerness to learn and develop with the support of our team
A professional demeanour, reliability, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively Why Join Us?

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
