The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a proven track record in complex probate matters to manage a diverse caseload and provide expert legal advice. The ideal candidate will be confident in navigating intricate legal frameworks, delivering tailored solutions, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of probate, wills, and estate administration matters
Providing expert legal advice on Wills & Probate Law and procedures
Delivering exceptional client service and understanding their individual needs
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage a steady workflow
Operating case management and time recording systems in line with office procedures
Ensuring full compliance with professional practice rules
Participating in marketing activities and maintaining relationships with professional referrers
Undertaking ongoing training and professional developmentThe Ideal Candidate

7+ years PQE in probate and estate administration
Strong technical knowledge of Wills & Probate Law
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems
