As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operations of the office. You will be the first point of contact for clients and partners, providing them with outstanding service while assisting our team with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain and organise files and documents, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to enquiries or directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Contribute to various projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
