We are looking for experienced or trainee recruiters to join our Blackfield - Life Sciences and Bio-Tech team based at our Portsmouth or Gatwick office.

If you are new to recruitment then we are looking for motivated can do attitude people who can demonstrate an ability to speak to candidates and clients in spaces that will be unfamiliar to them. Full training is provided.

We work in Medical Affairs, Process Engineering, Automation, HEOR, Reg Affairs, etc highly technical. Capacity for learning is key.

If you work in recruitment now then we are after people with experience in recruitment - maybe your market is dry, you've had enough of lower level recruitment (typically we place in the £50k to £250k space) and you may want a new challenge. Its a tough market but with significant rewards.

We are placing in the UK, Europe, US, Japan and Singapore. It can be highly exciting and no two days are the same.
