Cedar is partnering with a data driven infrastructure business who are hiring a Senior FP&A Manager. The role reports directly to the Head of FP&A and this role will play a key part in transforming FP&A processes and leading a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production and reporting of monthly management reports for senior stakeholders, including the Executive Committee and Board.
Drive cost efficiency initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Own and manage the cash flow forecast to maintain financial stability.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic insight and analysis.
Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to deliver meaningful performance insights and recommendations.
Enhance financial processes, reporting frameworks, and self-service capabilities across the business.
Leverage technology to improve reporting efficiencies, including Power BI and SAP FPT.
Lead and develop a team, fostering a high-performance culture.

About You:

Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
Proven experience in FP&A and performance reporting within a complex, matrix-managed environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; SAP FPT knowledge is advantageous.
