We are looking for a goal-driven 360 Recruiter who is ready to take on the responsibility of managing a well-established 4 person team in the Tech USA market. As a Junior Manager, you will be focused on the development, growth and results of your team, whilst being supported by our experienced managers and directors to enable your own personal development.

This position would suit a highly motivated 360 Tech Consultant who is looking to step into management and continue to progress in their career through to directorship whilst contributing to the ongoing success of the company.

The role:

Team Manager in the Tech USA market
Management of 4 recruiters
Manage your own 360 US Recruitment desk
Drive team performance and growth
Contribute the companies success
Progression to directorship
Personal commission - up to 40% + team based commission

The person:

Successful 360 Tech Recruiter
Experience coaching, mentoring or managing recruiters
Ambition to continue to progress into directorship
Motivated, resilient, goal-driven
Exposure to the US market (desirable)
