We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-oriented Parts Manager to join the dynamic Parts Department at a reputable main dealership in Ipswich.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 am - 12:00 pmKey Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries and orders.
Oversee parts ordering, stock management, and efficient invoicing processes to maintain smooth department operations.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales performance and parts availability.Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in a parts management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong teamwork skills with a focus on enhancing overall sales and profitability.
Highly customer-focused with a passion for delivering top-notch service and exceeding customer expectations.
Excellent organizational and stock management skills.
