Jackson Hogg is delighted to be partnering with our Newcastle based client in their search for a Plumbing Technician on a long term contract with the possibility of going permanent.

The right candidate for the role will:

* Have experience with compressions, pneumatics, Sage lock, hydraulics, water colonies, heavy fitting.

* Knowledge of health and safety in and engineering enviroment.

* Knowledge of copper, plastic, stainless steel.

* knowledge and experience of process gases - Oxygen, hydrogen, compressed air, natural gas.

* Various jointing – soldering, compression, threaded, solvent welds.

* Brazing to approved standards.

* Familiar with PPM

Qualifications/experience:

* Recognised engineering apprenticeship

* Educated to BTEC, HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline

* Trained to Gas Safe Standards

* Have experience with industrial plumbing and a role covering a broad range of equipment and methods.
