Salary: £59,000

What We're Looking For
A registered nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Proven senior experience in a clinical or leadership role within a nursing care setting.
In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, regulatory standards, and person-centred care.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team.
A compassionate, proactive approach to care and a commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee clinical care standards, ensuring safe and effective care for all residents.
Support and mentor nursing and care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Monitor clinical performance, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
