We’re on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage our temps desk. Ideally, you’ll have some recruitment experience and be a strategic thinker, ensuring bookings are maximised to make the most of our temporary workers’ availability.

What the Role Involves:

✅ Interviewing temp workers, reference checking, and ensuring all paperwork is completed
✅ Placing candidates in bookings across the country
✅ Sales calls to build and maintain client relationships
✅ Client visits and welfare calls to candidates and clients
✅ Out-of-hours emergency cover on a rota basis
✅ Growing the team and bringing fresh ideas
✅ Some permanent recruitment

What We’re Looking For:

? A ‘can-do’ attitude and a passion for recruitment
? Experience in temporary recruitment – hospitality/chefs would be a big plus
? Strong organisational and people skills
? The ability to think strategically and fill bookings efficiently

Salary OTE £30k with scope to grow.
