We are looking for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our client Commercial Property team based in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking firm committed to excellence and client care.

The Role
•As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will:
•Lead and manage complex transactions, from scoping and pricing to successful completion.
•Work on a diverse caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
•Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring their objectives are met with efficiency and expertise.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
•Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions.
•Contribute to the growth and development of the team, sharing your expertise and mentoring junior colleagues, with the possibility of a team leader role in the future.

About You
•Around 10 years PQE in commercial property law, with significant experience handling complex transactions.
•Demonstrates a high level of technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
•Capable of scoping, pricing, and running transactions independently.
•Possesses excellent client management skills and a proactive approach to business development.
