An award-winning architectural practice based in Manchester is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking studio known for delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The successful Senior Architectural Technician will play a key role in leading technical delivery, producing detailed working drawings, and ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards. You will work closely with the design team, clients, and contractors and will provide expert technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or a related degree
CIAT accreditation or actively working towards it
Strong proficiency in Revit is essential
Façade Remediation experience is beneficial
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
In-depth knowledge of current UK building regulations
Confident managing projects through all RIBA stages
Proactive in staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
