Recruiting for our partnered client in the heart of Mildenhall, we are looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join their busy workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to enhance their skillset. Previous Manufacturing experience is desirable for this position and you must be physically fit

Job Duties:

* Reading from technical drawings to assemble items accurately

* Operating machinery and monitor equipment to ensure accuracy

* Assisting in maintaining good housekeeping standards

* Loading materials into machinery

* Prepare concrete mixes in line with company standards

* Undertake quality checks

* Assist across other sectors when required

What we are looking for:

* Manufacturing/Production experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided

* The ability to read from engineering drawings is desirable but training is provided

* Previous experience operating a Forklift is desirable

* You must have strong communication skills

* Happy to assist in other departments when required

* Compliant with companies’ health and safety policies

* You must be physically fit as heavy lifting is required
