Area to be covered: National ideally based Midlands

Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + circa £6,000 bonus paid quarterly

The role of the Technical Sales Manager – Fire, Smoke & Acoustic Seals will involve:

* Field sales position selling a distributed range of fire, smoke & acoustic seals for doors

* Selling to a routed route to market via housebuilders, contractors, joinery manufacturers, independent & national builders merchants such as: Barratt Homes, Willmott Dixon, Wates, Travis Perkins, Jewson and MKM

* Once up and running will be targeted to achieve £1m turnover

* 190 account to go after however focusing on the top 20-25

* Would like you based near the Midlands office to visit once a fortnight

The ideal applicant will be Technical Sales Manager – Fire, Smoke & Acoustic Seals with

* Must have field sales experience selling to housebuilders, contractors, joinery manufacturers, independent & national builder merchants such as: Barratt Homes, Willmott Dixon, Wates, Travis Perkins, Jewson and MKM

* Must to able to pitch at all levels with contractors, housebuilders and merchants

* Ideally have from a sealants / fire doors background however would be open to other building materials

* Team player yet able to work autonomously
