Internal Communications Partner (Job Share) Location: Sevenoaks, TN13
Salary: £16,081 for 15 hours per week (£39,669 FTE)
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Job Share)

About the Role We are looking for a talented and driven Internal Communications Partner to join our communications and marketing team in a job share capacity, working 15 hours per week.

Reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering internal communications strategies. You will collaborate with teams across the organisation, ensuring that messages, campaigns, and projects are effectively communicated through a variety of established and evolving channels.

What You’ll Be Doing
Planning, delivering, and evaluating internal communication strategies.
Managing internal communication channels to engage and inform employees.
Supporting the delivery of key campaigns, messages, and projects.
Working closely with colleagues across the business to enhance engagement.What We’re Looking For
Experience in internal communications or a related field.
Strong writing and content creation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a job share, we are looking for someone available across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with some flexibility to meet team needs.
