2nd Line Support // Oxfordshire - £32K

My client, an MSP based in Oxfordshire, are looking for a 2ndLine Support to join their team.

The role will involve provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers and possible training of end-users where necessary. MSP experience is advantageous and previous IT experience is required.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage and support client accounts effectively
Provide networking assistance and resolve general helpdesk inquiries
Occasional travel to client sites to deliver on-site supportSkills Required:

Strong networking expertise including work with routers and switches
Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Server
Experience with Hyper-V or VMware
Work with both on-prem and cloud infrastructure, e.g. Azure
