About the Role
Due to planned expansion, we are looking for a motivated and sales-driven individual to join our customer service team. This role offers a blend of customer service, sales, and account management responsibilities.

You will:

Process orders, quotations, and customer inquiries.
Provide outstanding service to existing clients.
Communicate with suppliers daily to ensure smooth operations.
Actively generate new business by reaching out to potential customers and re-engaging dormant accounts.
Earn commission on sales from new or reactivated accounts.What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Proficiency in using a PC and business software.
✔ Excellent organizational and numerical accuracy skills.
✔ Confidence in dealing with customers and suppliers at all business levels.
✔ A self-motivated attitude and drive to succeed.
Knowledge of networking or electrical products is beneficial but not required—we provide training to help you develop product expertise.
