We are working with a Wealth Management firm, who are part of a larger network of businesses across the UK. They have a need for an experienced Wealth Management individual to come into the business as a Practice Manager and offer stability and guidance to the Administration and Paraplanning team, as well as supporting in other areas.

There would be 9 staff under your guidance, however the Financials Advisers do not require hands on management and therefore time is spent more regularly with the Administrators and Paraplanners.

Expectations would be to provide support with management of workloads, training, compliance and setting / reviewing KPIs.

Practice Manager Requirements:

* A number of years recent experience in Wealth Management

* Knowledge of Pensions, Investments, Bonds and Protection is expected

* Preference would be coming from an Administration / Paraplanning background

* Diploma qualified would result in a higher starting salary

* Preference of experience using Intelligent Office
