Job Description:

As an RGN working with us, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts, ensuring work fits around your lifestyle. You will be placed in a range of healthcare environments, from clinical hospitals to nursing homes and residential facilities where your expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

·Provide high-quality, person-centred care in a variety of settings.
·Administer medication and treatments in accordance with care plans.
·Monitor and assess patients' health, recording vital signs and updating care records.
·Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, care assistants, and support workers.
·Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory standards.
·Follow health and safety procedures and infection control guidelines.
·Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

Requirements:
·Valid NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
·A minimum of 6 months of nursing experience in a similar setting (hospital, care home, supported living).
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·Compassionate, empathetic, and able to deliver patient-centred care.
·Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
·A commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
