We are seeking an experienced Estates Director to lead the management and strategic development of a multi school property portfolio.

Overview:

As a member of the senior leadership team, you will lead the maintenance and cleaning teams of a small multiple academy trust, ensuring that all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant with Health and Safety regulations.

A typical week:

* Lead estate management team across sites

* Ensure sites are safe & adhere to Health & Safety regulations

* Manage estates-related budgets & contracts

* Analyse progress & report to other senior leaders

You'll need the following:

* Experience in estates or facilities management

* Team & budget management experience

* Strong health & safety & risk assessment knowledge

* Excellent relationship building & organisational skills

* Car Driver (essential)
