Customer Service Officer - Office based - Yorkshire
A client of mine has reached out as they are on the hunt for a Housing Administrator to join their team on an interim basis
Your role will include the following:
First point of contact for inbound calls and emails.
Taking any calls and giving advice on housing and repairs
Giving advice on rents, lettings and tenancies.
Using their CRM database on a daily basis - Activ8
You must have experience in:
Customer Service based roles.
Knowledge of housing and tenancy in previous placements.
Experience in the daily duties listed above
