Our client is looking for a Recruiter to join their team and play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent to ensure organisational goals are met!

This is a hybrid role based in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
Helping the team utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, our candidate CRM tool, and external partnerships/job boards.
Handling logistics for recruitment activities across multiple geographic locations, predominantly in the UK, Ireland, Italy, and occasionally other parts of Europe.
Assisting with efforts to attract and engage a wide range of high-quality candidates.
Working closely with recruiters to build strategic pipelines for high-volume manufacturing roles.
Supporting the process for internal candidates looking to move roles within the business, ensuring they receive a seamless and positive experience.
