Long term work available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets and want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.

PAYE basis

Pay Rate:

* Rate of £15.52 per hour – First 39 hours

* Rate of £23.28 per hour – last 11 hours

* Rate of £17.22 per hour – Average over 50 hours

Overtime;

* Saturday- First 4 hours = Time and ½, Last 6 hours = Double time

* Sunday- Double Time

* Lodge/Accommodation rate of £50.65 this is only paid if you meet the requirements which is to be 50+ Miles from site. (This will be checked using the shortest distance Via AA Route planner. Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address and Tenancy Agreement, and Booking Receipts)

* Training and upskilling paid for

Candidates must have:

* Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Traffic Marshall.

* Experience in directing vehicles and plant machinery using various methods i.e., hand and radio signals

* A reasonable level of work experience recorded

* Good understanding of the English language

* CPCS Traffic Marshall Ticket

Preferred

* Manual handling

* Driving license

* Safety critical medical
