Are you a bioinformatics pro with a passion for pipeline development and data analysis? Join our innovative team in Cambridge, working on a cutting-edge liquid biopsy technology that’s set to revolutionize cancer screening!

We’re looking for a skilled bioinformatician to help us develop and validate Nextflow pipelines, managing high-throughput omic data from thousands of patients. You’ll be collaborating closely with a 6-person data team and industry professionals as we move forward with our next big clinical trial in the West Midlands.

What You’ll Do:

Build and validate Nextflow pipelines using nf-core best practices.
Analyze and manage data from large patient cohorts.
Collaborate with a talented team to optimize data flow and accuracy.What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in developing bioinformatic pipelines.
Solid understanding of pipeline validation and optimization.
A PhD or MSc in Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Familiarity with data management best practices.What We Offer:
