Architectural Technologist – Project Runner

Aztrum is delighted to be representing a design-led, award-winning architecture and interior design practice working in the education, residential and commercial sector. 

My client is looking for a talented Architectural Technologist with project running experience, and an exceptional knowledge of Revit / BIM. 

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce coordinated design solutions.
Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including technical drawings, schedules, and specifications.
Provide expert guidance on materials, construction methods, and building systems.
Conduct site inspections and work closely with contractors to ensure that projects are executed according to the design intent and technical requirements.Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role: 

A minimum of 4 years of experience in an architectural practice, with a strong focus on technical delivery and Project running. 
Proficiency in Revit and BIM.
Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations, standards, and construction methods.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.My client offers a flexible working environment which focusses on a healthy work – life balance.
