Job Title: Asbestos Supervisor .
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire.
Day rate / Benefits £135.00 - £200.00 Day rate + Benefits

Our client is a highly respected Asbestos Removals company with a leading presence in the South of England. They are now looking to take on a dynamic and experienced Asbestos Supervisor to cover the South East / M4 / South West region. . You will be working on Healthcare, Educational, Domestic, Retail, and High Security sites overseeing a team of operatives, ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed time frames and site-specific RAMS. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be happy to travel in line with company and client requirements.

Covering South East / M4 / South West and surrounding areas: Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Slough, Reading, Windsor, Bracknell, High Wycombe, Swindon, Chippenham, Malbrough, Devizes, Andover, Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge, Shepton Mallet, Ilminster, Taunton, Bampton, Tiverton, Devon, Exeter, Okenhampton, Torquay, Plymouth, Cornwall, Bodmin, Newquay.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience working for an established Removal company working as an Asbestos Supervisor.
" Holding an in-date ARCA Supervisor Certificate or other relevant up to date ticket is beneficial to the role.
" Well versed in relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Excellent leadership skills.
" Able to manage time efficiently.

The Role:
" Attending Healthcare, Educational, Domestic, Retail, and High Security sites to supervise, and manage both licenced and non-licenced projects.
" Managing and overseeing a team of operatives.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with specific RAMS, amending where required.
" Ensuring projects are going to be completed in line with agreed time frames.
" Undertaking and passing HSE audits.
" Working closely with internal management to ensure smooth day to day running of sites.
" Building excellent rapport with clients, providing excellent technical support and advice.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
