We’re seeking an experienced Site Fitter to work both independently and as part of a supportive team, helping our customers and delivering tailored solutions for local projects across various locations. This role is 45 hours a week with some flexibility in working hours.

As a Site Fitter, your day-to-day duties will include:

* Fit handrail

* Level balustrade

* Connecting returns

* Alterations where needed

* Paint touch-up

Additionally, you will be responsible for undertaking fitting and remedial work on site with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. Your role will involve utilising MIG welding techniques to deliver exceptional results, diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure minimal downtime, and travelling between various sites to adapt to differing working conditions. Additionally, you will maintain and manage tools and equipment, ensure effective communication with clients and team members, and adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Site Fitter Requirements:

* Proven experience in MIG welding

* Ability to travel to different sites as required

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

* Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings if necessary.

* Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and working in various environmental conditions.

* CSCS registered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £42,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
