Our client is a leading construction firm specializing in residential builds and refurbishments. We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects across Oxfordshire, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
Role Overview:
As Site Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day site operations for residential and refurbishment projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. You’ll lead subcontractors, monitor progress, and report directly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage residential construction and refurbishment projects from start to finish.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and site safety audits.
Supervise and lead site staff and subcontractors.
Monitor project schedules, costs, and quality standards.
Liaise with clients, ensuring clear communication and high customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with building codes and regulations.
Key Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in site management (residential and/or refurbishment).
Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification required.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
