Sales Lead Generator (Commercial Energy)

Up to £40k per annum (OTE £60k)

ThreeSixty Talent are delighted to be representing an extremely successful Newcastle City Centre Energy Consultancy. After an extremely successful 2023, they have growth plans throughout 2024 and beyond, including moving into a new, state of the art office based on the Quayside with room for an additional 150 heads.

Responsibilities:

* Identify sales opportunities through questioning

* Eliminate objections using up to date market/product information

* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers

* Manage your existing customer accounts and renewals

* Always adhere to the sales compliance rules – all sales are generated in line with our quality standards

* To accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the organisations CRM system

* Working closely with a Team Manager to maximise all opportunities

* Attend on-going training and coaching sessions

* Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey

* Ensure compliance with all company operating policies and procedures

What We Would Like From You:

* Worked in a Sales Executive capacity previously

* Proven track record within outbound sales

* Worked against daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s and targets

* Thorough understanding of the sales process

* Can develop and maintain knowledge of the business market.

* Skilled in managing your own workload

* Can develop urgency in calls

* Excellent communication skills

Experience:

* Outbound sales experience

* Worked within a team

* Experience in delivering well above target

* Worked in a fast paced, high volume sales environment
