An excellent opportunity to join a well-established company who puts their staff first, Kingston Recruitment are currently looking to source an experienced Customer Services professional to join our client.
Working from offices within West Hull, the successful candidate will have opportunity to help develop existing business processes to continually improve customer experience whilst supporting internal sales, production and logistics teams.
DUTIES
* Welcoming and onboarding new clients following sales team process.
* Coordinate deliveries and collections with in-house and 3rd party logistics.
* Scheduling collections and deliveries with commercial clients.
* Troubleshooting customer requests and tickets
* Occasionally meeting and greeting visitors
Hours/Days: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
