Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee a multiple fire stopping project in Nottingham. This project is expected to run for 4 weeks, potential for long term work and is due to start on Wednesday 12th March. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Oversee a team of trades and labourers, ensure they are working productively and to a high standard. 

Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.

Maintain project time-lines, budgets and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.

Requirements:

CSCS Card 

First Aid at Work 

SMSTS  

Driving Licence 

Asbestos Awareness

Joinery/ Carpentry background 

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
