£40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Profit Share Bonus + Christmas Bonus + Pension

Are you an experienced Quality Manager from an engineering / technical background and are looking to join a market leading company offering training and the chance to work on highly technical, cutting edge equipment?

On offer is the chance to take full ownership of the quality department at a growing, BSI Quality Audited company. You will play the integral role of driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest of standards.

The company have been the leaders in there industry for over 25 years, working with globally recognised brands. As part of their ongoing commitment to quality and growth, they are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join their team.

This role would suit someone with experience managing quality systems within a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in ISO9001 standards and a passion for delivering best practices.

The Role:
* Lead the Quality Control and Compliance team
* Oversee supplier quality assessments and improvement projects
* Conduct internal and external audits
