Requirements:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager.
Strong background in LD, complex care packages, and behaviours.
Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
Full UK driving licence, own vehicle, and flexibility to travel across multiple locations.What We Offer:

Salary: £42,000 to £45,000 plus discretionary bonus opportunity.
