Boden is partnered with a facilities management specialist who are looking to hire a new Commercial Manager to lead a significant portfolio. This opportunity has excellent short term and long term progression available and seeking an experienced candidate. Role is hybrid working with 2/3 days a week from central London.

£75,000 - £85,000 - with package
Responsibilities
Negotiate and Agree Contracts with both internal and external stakeholders
To agree contracts on a timely basis to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.
Involved with the sales, tender or re-tender process across the division
Adopting and agreeing the best negotiation strategy with internal stakeholders
Leading the negotiation with clients around any disputes
Complying with the contract term policy
Ensure commercial Policy/Procedure Compliance.
To promote compliance with commercial policy and procedures.
Attending Project and Contract Reviews to promote best practice
Providing and maintaining standard documentation Qualifications/ Experience required:
BSc in relevant quantity surveying or commercial management discipline
MSc in relevant quantity surveying, commercial management or legal
discipline (desirable).
Legal & Contractual Awareness
Risk & Opportunity Management – expert knowledge of contractual risks and opportunities. Able to manage the whole process of identification, measurement, management and mitigation, including engaging with key stakeholder and technical experts and planning key commercial interventions throughout the contract life-cycle.
Change Management – expert understanding of change management principles.
Procurement – general understanding of procurement process. Expert understanding of supplier risk flow down i.e. from client contracts.
Contract Pricing – sound understanding of pricing mechanics and pricing strategies.
Scope Definition – expert understanding of scoping and identification of risk in a scope of works
